How to know whether it is normal fever or dengue?

If the fever is more than 102°, there is pain behind the eyes, there is continuous pain in the muscles and there are rashes on the body, then it is better to get tested for dengue on the very first day. If there are no other symptoms but still high fever persists, then definitely go to the physician after waiting for a day or two.
