If you have accidentally deleted YouTube videos, you may be able to restore them if you act quickly. Here are the general steps to recover deleted YouTube videos:
- Check the "Deleted Videos" section:
- Log in to your YouTube account.
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select "YouTube Studio."
- In the left sidebar, click on "Videos."
- Look for the "Deleted videos" tab. If your videos are there, you can restore them.
- Recover from the "Trash" or "Bin":
- If you don't find the videos in the "Deleted videos" section, check the "Trash" or "Bin." Sometimes, deleted videos are moved to this folder.
- Click on "Videos" in the left sidebar, and then click on the "Trash" or "Bin" tab.
- Restore from Archive:
- YouTube may archive your deleted videos for a limited time before permanently removing them. Check the "Archive" section to see if your videos are there.
- Click on "Videos" in the left sidebar, and then look for the "Archive" tab.
- Contact YouTube Support:
- If the videos are not found in any of the above sections, you can try reaching out to YouTube support. Go to the YouTube Help Center (https://support.google.com/youtube/) and look for the contact options.
- Use Google Takeout:
- If you have backed up your YouTube data using Google Takeout, you may be able to restore your videos from the backup.
- Visit Google Takeout (https://takeout.google.com/) and follow the instructions to download your data.
